June blahness

Eh kind of birthday... (no one even showed up...I'm so special...)
Crazy work schedules... (can I have a vaca yet?)
Moving... (NEVER again...for at least a year)
Mom moving far far away. :o(
Listening to Christian artists to keep the "positive" from dying...
Spending way too much time alone with thoughts... (not a very good thing)...
Missing people something fierce...
Money issues (brought on by OTHER people against my will)
Family issues...
Depression crap again...
School anxiety...
Hot weather
Performing on July 4th seriously for the first time in like 10 years...
^^^Not looking forward to people laughing at the spectacle...^^^
Got handed more responsibility at work for the same crappy pay (and only because I'm the only one there in my area, not because they actually think I can HANDLE the job *rolls eyes*)...

Anger anger ANGER!!!!

***warning...if you have a problem with harsh language, don't read***

In case you can't tell by the title, I'm a little upset. Ok, a little is a MAJOR understatement, to say the least. Just got off the phone with oldest sis who has been having "uneffective" correspondence with dad's partner for the business that he owned. Seems this lady is trying to cut our family out of his part of the business. I won't go in to detail, but really, what gives someone the right to do that. Here later tonight when I am not so angry about it, I will be writing her a pretty nasty "nice" e-mail telling that she will have a certain number of days to change all passwords, e-mail accounts, bank record passwords, etc back to their previous, or she will be talking to our lawyer.

I am tired of playing nice. My siblings are tired of playing nice. This woman (and I use that term loosely...VERY loosely, even though she's like 50) seems to think that it's OK to effectively STEAL. It is NOT. Nor is it ok to lock us out of accounts that are both PERSONAL and business related. She basically took over ALL of dad's accounts without permission or warning...went in and changed the passwords and everything. BITCH. My poor lovely mother has no idea what to do...this whole business thing is soo not her forte. She is the creative mind of the family. So, us as siblings, are uniting as a strong front to take action against the theiving of my mother. Mom currently has no income, and this bitch trying to take her half of the business away is really pissing me off.

***end ridiculous rant***

Ok, so on to other things. Karleen's wedding was awesome! I had a blast!!! I'm soo jealous...decided that I'm never getting married, but hey, I can attend as many weddings as I can to suffice. LOL

I would post more, but I am pretty emotionally charged right now, so I will spare you all for now.

Total Randomness

  • Moving...blah.
  • Work...even more blah.
  • Other work...might quit?
  • Vacations...(even for a few days) yay!!!  Soooo needed.
  • Friendships...on the rocks, a few better than others.
  • Medications...should start them again, but can't bring myself to.
  • Family...miss all the little ankle-biters to pieces.
  • Money...sucks.
  • School...can't stand it anymore.
  • Snow...hate it.  Need to move somewhere warmer.  Any suggestions?
  • Movies...Confessions of a Shopaholic?  Eh, it was funny, but the book was better.  Bride Wars was hilarious.  He's Just Not That In To You...very very good.  Will never trust another word uttered out of a man's mouth again.  Can't wait for Twilight to come out...yes, I'm a Twihard.  (Twilight Diehard)  I've got it pre-ordered at Hastings...free watch included.  LOLz
  • Future...bleak.
  • Mood...even worse.
  • Thoughts...everywhere.
  • Heart...aching.
  • EDEC class...interesting.  I like observing at the Head Start here in town...seriously making me think about going into education instead of CompSci.  But who knows...school is too blah for me right now to even think about.
  • Misery...needs company.

Chicken Yum-Yum Casserole

Chicken Yum-Yum Casserole

3-4 chicken breasts (I use frozen ones)
1 family size box chicken-flavored Rice-A-Roni (other flavor could be good too)
1 large can of Cream of Chicken soup
2 Tbls butter/margarine (for suateeing the rice)

Turn oven on to 375*.

Sautee the Rice-A-Roni on the stove in a pan just like it says on the box until golden brown.

Lightly spray a cake-sized pan with non-stick cooking spray.  Place chicken breats in bottom of pan.  In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, rice, and the flavor pack from the Rice-a-Roni together.  This will make kind of a gross lumpy looking mess, that's what you want.  Put this mixture over the chicken breasts in the cake pan.  Add enough water to cover the top of the chicken breasts.  Mix the water with the goopy mixture so the water will help the rice cook.  Put the pan in the oven for approximately one hour.  Check the chicken to make sure it's cooked...if it's not, leave the pan in the oven until thoroughly cooked.

Enjoy!
